i just wanted to share my disappointment\ in my experience this weekend at Country Bride and gents. While my bridesmaids found an AMAZING dress that they all look beautiful in, I found out later that our sales consultant was telling the girls how much larger one was from another when doing their measurements, literally stating "oh so your 3inches bigger here..", I feel absolutely horrible that they had to go through that. Additionally they were also extreamly unhelpful throughout the entire process, even though I had already ordered my gown and my moms gown from this place (the people we worked with before were wonderful which is why I never thought they would be so rude to my favortite girls!)

    wow - i find this hard to believe i got my gown from there around thanksgiving and they were so nice and so helpful...although i did notice a "consultant wanted" sign in their window. so maybe it was someone new that they just hired? did you work with differant consultants in your first experiance and your second? i was going to bring my girls there for their dresses but i dont want that to happen to them too... i would talk to the owner/ manager about your experiance!  do you know the name of the person your who was saying this to your girls?

    yes the people I worked with before were great! Thats why it was so shocking that this happened, i would have never went back if i didnt think the other people i worked with were so nice. I called the place and they are calling to apologize to my bridesmaids, but that is all. her name was regina,and she has been working there for awhile and is older, so should have know that you dont talk about people that way, so make sure you get anyone but her!
