    Try Oriental Trading Company. I found fans there a while ago very inexpensively. But it depends what type of fan you're looking for. Something more casual? Formal?

    I am making fan programs. I saw a few templates online and it seems so easy (or you could go ahead and buy them already done). I would do that: kill 2 birds with one stone.
