  My brother did this... they served ribs, bbq chicken and had a pig roast (although the meat was all cut up beforehand).  They made red & white check table cloths by just buying a bolt of fabric instead of renting them, which was alot cheaper.  They had a local print shop make throw-away bibs printed in black and white with a picture of them eating a rib and their names and the date.  It was super cute and made for some fun pictures.  My mom and I made about 18 10" round cakes, a bunch of different flavors, and each table had their own cake.  They used sunflowers for the decor and put one sunflower on the top of each cake.
