Service Unavailable Error 503 on website...

HELP! Someone please explain to me why my wedding website won't load and when it does it looks TERRIBLE! Apparently this is a "common" thing on the knot?Great. Very disappointing considering the Save the Dates I'm about to send out have my website printed on them. I don't want to refer my guests to a website that doesn't even work.. Can I expect this to get fixed??

    Don't hold your breath. These issues have been happening randomly for the past 2 years.

    I found wedding wire to be very user friendly and reliable. Maybe if you can get TK one to function temporarily you can link it to another site?

    Well that's all very comforting :( This is the first time in MONTHS that I've had a problem... I've been updating my website off and on for 8 months and never had an issue. The timing could not be worse. UUGGGGH!

    Yeah, you need to avoid TK's tools.
    What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

    Well I can't avoid TK tools since the website I created with them is printed on my Save the Dates and on my enclosure cards.. So I'm stuck with this website whether I like it or not.

    Can anyone tell me if this is simply an intermittent issue?

    It was fairly intermittent for me. I didn't realize the problems until my wedding was almost over. TK always has technical glitches. You can go ahead and send out the STDs and send an email saying, hey we've changed our website due to technical glitches. But then you'll have to create a new site. Or you could create a new site and not even send out the STDs. Or just hope the site comes back up.
