    WTF  coordinator at the venue we want to finally book.  I've called you twice in 2 weeks.  I know I've been to a wedding there before, but we would like to see it with its new renovations.  It would help me make sure our colors are still ok and to picture our set up ya know!

    If you don't call me back we'll have to book with the hall that is bigger and ugly on the outside with outdated hallways and 70s bathroom.

    Please call me back next week.  Or today.  Today would be awesome!

    WTF rude bookstore clerk at SNHU!  You don't have to be so rude when I show up to buy my books.....take a lesson in "customer service".  If you really hate being there so much, then go find another job.
