Dress Help!

My wedding is in 10 days and I am very sad to say my dress is not fitting...well, in the bust area anyway.  The girls at the bridal boutique purchased my a dress about 3 sizes too big, for someone with a size DD chest when I am a B on a good day.  This would be fine if the dress wasn't backless/lowback, the seamstress has no where to pull the material into to make it tighter on me.  She basically had to reconstruct the dress and take out all the boning of the dress for me so that the fabric touches my skin, but now I am terribly concerned my chest will be exposed at some point because when I stand in it too long it shifts and falls forward.  The seamstress has assured me I will be fine, and that I am the only one who can see me chest exposed... really???  I've tried adheisive bras but you can see them and they push the dress forward too much.  I even got a bustier but it does the same thing as the dress.  I am open to any suggestions.;(
