Does anyone know if the beaches in Palm Beach County are all public? I can't really find this information out. When I look at the parcels maps on the county website, it looks as though the beaches are privately owned. My parents found this beach just south of Phipps Ocean Park that is beautiful and I would like to get married there, but don't want any issues. Thanks for your help.
