Holiday Inn Airport....too good to be true?

So my FI and I toured the Holiday Inn Airport in Moon Twp this past weekend. We met with a Allison and she was absolutely wonderful! Basically if we book for our April 6, 2013 wedding by October 31 this year, we will get 7 rooms free, plus 15% off whatever package we select for food. Has anyone had their wedding there recently? Is there a reason why they are so affordable? Everything seemed great but we want to make sure this isnt too good to be true....

    My FI and I looked there, and decided not to go with it because Allison seemed less experienced than some of the other coordinators we met with, they don't have a seperate space for cocktail hour, and their prettiest ballroom smelled like pool (they told me they could cover the scent, but I'm really sensitive to smells and didn't want to risk a migraine on my wedding day!).  If none of that matters to you, then it's by far the best deal we found as well!  They really do have an INCREDIBLE package, and the hotel is pretty!

    This is what Allison emailed to me. Keep in mind in order to get the free rooms you have to book by October 31 to get 7 rooms free total.
    Also, food prices ranged from 57-64 dollars per person. The minimum for them is $7000- so you want to make sure your package comes to that amount BEFORE taxes.

    Oh wow! They went down. A few years ago when I was engaged to my ex, their min. for a Saturday was $10k. They did offer the rooms and what not. 
    I agree with a PP that the pretty ballroom (with the paintings on the wall) smells like pool water, but I believe they try to cover it for events. My manager got married there in 2004 and that room didn't smell like pool water at all.
