Rehearsal Dinner near Wolcott

Anyone know of good restauranst in the Wolcott area for an RD?  We're trying to stay in the $15 - $20pp range and there will be about 20 people. Thanks!!

    I haven't personally eaten there but I've heard the River in Wolcott is good. Brass City Bistro in Waterbury is good as well, but they do not have a private room.

    Brass City Bistro varies a lot depending on the dish- the regular menu items probably average around $20 but the specials can be more expensive- The food is always good though!

    I went to a baby shower at East Street Eatery in Wolcott - it is part of a golf course (I believe the golf course is called Farmingbury Hills or something of that nature...)  The baby shower was lovely and we had a private room. The food was buffet style and I liked it (we had a lot of italian - sausage and peppers, eggplant parm, penne vodka, etc...) and the wine was good too. Might be worth looking into!
