Candy Bar

Quick question, I am planning on a candy bar for favors with some cute take out boxes or cellophane bags w/ our monogram.  I have already purchased the apothecary jars for this, but I am wondering how much candy I will actually need.... I will have around 50 in attendance.. Oh and I will have a custom Koozie for each person, do you think this is enough for a favor?   TIA!!

I would say you need 1/4 lb. per person or around 13 lbs.  However, make sure this is enough to fill all your jars--you want the candy bar to look nice and full.  Also make sure when you buy your takeout containers that there is enough candy to fill 50 of them.

We're doing a candy bar as well, my research says that 8-12oz of candy per person is appropriate, and if you want to limit how much they can take, have smaller bags/boxes.

Our guests LOVED the candy buffet and for what I hear, went back several times.  I agree to fill your jars to make it look nice, trust me, if your guests are like mine were, they will eat it!!
