Eloping in Key West - August 2012- Where do we go?

HI! This is our 2nd wedding for both and we want something very simple, romantic and laid back. We want to get married on the beach during sunset in August in Key West.  We want affordable! Do you have any suggestions?

    Oooh, we were looking at Key West and found a BUNCH of hotels that do desitination wedding packages (as big or small as you like).  A lot of them have beaches, piers, private gardens, you name it.   Do a google search and you'll find TONS of info.  Also, you might try the Destination Weddings board under "Wedding Theme Boards" on the left.

    We got married in Key West, on Smathers Beach.  The officiant was only $75 if you stayed at the B & B with which she was affiliated.  We had a private guest cottage with a private balcony, hot tub, etc.   We also recieved a CD of over 100 photos (one is in my siggy pic).  It was great, painless, and simple.  She tailored the ceremony to fit our beliefs.  You only need a notary in Florida, and need no witnesses, which was perfect for us.   The license is $95 and there's no waiting period for out of state couples.     

    There are tons of places, such as "weddings to go" but we found for our purposes, that the B & B route was the best way to go.  PM me for further details.
