Hair Recommendations

Hi ladies -

A friend of mine is getting married this January down in Smithville.  We are from out of the area so not familiar with salons and looking for recommendations.  We are looking to get make-up done at the Hamilton Mall, so any hair salons close to that area would be really helpful.

    in the mall you have Regis and JC Penny has a salon.  Regis is higher end than JC Penny and Penny's has gone down hill in the recent years and still charges a fortune!

    Really, I had no idea JC Penny had a salon.  Have you ever used this Regis salon?
