  she can solicit all she wants to, but the problem is that most people who see it will get annoyed and vote for her competition. if she chooses to leave this up, she is only hurting herself!

  Oh no, I never go to any of the links.  I just slap the person's hand for posting this.  I guess I should write that a bit more clearly.  There's been a slew of this lately and I find it highly annoying.

  well, first of all, it isn't a knot contest. second of all, imagine how annoying it would be if everybody on here was posting links to contests. we'd all love to have other people pay for our weddings! third of all, we have seen many newbies be sabatoged by regulars who vote for the newbies' competition. it just isn't good practice to post them here! hope that helps!
