Weekend plans? Doing anything fun?

I'm working today and tomorrow. Then going to a ceremony for FIs friend who his getting his commission. Then driving to Sacramento, yay!

Having Easter with my family and then back to Reno.

We're working on invitations so I'll get some more of that done this weekend and maybe go to Michael's.

What about you?

    I will be making Easter baskets for my family since we are getting together on Easter at our house to watch the opening day baseball game that night. Saturday night we are going to watch an MMA fight live...sounds like fun, I've never been to a live one lol I'll see how it goes!

    Took care of mom today - all day.  Then got home to work on a paper only to hear bad news about my best friend's dad. So I soaked in a hot bath with some wine and a good book instead.

    Tomorrow...  taking care of mom so my sister and her kids can go to a birthday party.  Then writing some more papers and cleaning.

    Sunday - WonderCon with my FI and a friend, maybe dinner with the family after that.

    Unfortunately all the fun I had last weekend has to be tempered with not so much fun this weekend.

    We thought it was going to be rainy all weekend - so the easter plans were off.  BUT, it looks like we may be able to salvage the sunrise service at the river tomorrow morning.  The family picnic takes place in a field - which I'm thinking is probably squishy - and FI is in a biggest loser competition at work (and has his last weigh in Monday) - so we're going to skip it this year.

    I did do some shopping for hair accessories and earrings for the wedding.  I found nothing.  Any recommendations for somewhere to go in Sacramento? :)
