i am having my reception food served appetizer style as there are 4 different foods from each of our 4 heritages... then later dessert is the same manner
i am sure my caterer can figure this out but i am curious for myself just how to calculate how much for each person
some is boxed some made "fresh"
how on earth do i figure out how much i need to purchase (alot is from out of country and i am sourcing that on my own and will not be brought in by the caterer)
