Have you ever been in a car accident, either one where you were driving or as a passenger? If you were driving, was it your fault?

I've been in so many...hard to count!

But the one I do remember was me in Junior High and my bro picking me up from school. My mom sitting in the front me right behind her and my BFF next to me the last I remember was waiting on the left turn lane for my bro to turn...

Since till this day I still can't remember what happened nor does my mom my BFF told me when my bro made the left a car came hit on us the right we spun like 5 times until we hit a light post. I remember waking up in the car my face was all toasty and crusty and I remember touching it and I was covered in blood I remember I tried moving and I felt like I had a ton of weight on my right leg when I looked at it it seemed like it was broken and facing more to the right. I see all this paramedics rushing to me asking what was name and date? I was just looking all around trying to understand what just happened and I see my mom unconscious in the front and then my bro cleaning my face. I remember them pulling me out my foot just hung they took me to my Junior High where there was a Helicopter waiting for me to take to me to Children's Hospital where I got my tibia and fibula fixed and stayed in the hospital about a week was thought how to walk in crutches...I had a cast for about 8 months. My mom was also in the hospital...she fractured her shoulder and hip. Nothing happened to my bro and my BFF ended up with a broken finger. My bro was driving a '64 Mustang and they say that's what saved our lives.

Since I've learned to drive I've had a few accidents from the day I got my license to my early 20's...knock on wood I haven't hit anyone and no one has hit me in a few years. I hope to keep it that way for awhile! Well I can only hope!

I've been in a few. I was a passenger in a couple and driving in a couple. The one that was most prominentI was when I was a pedestrian!!!!

In college, I was walking in a crosswalk and an off-duty police officer was making a turn, the sun was in his eyes, then he hit me. I rolled up on the hood, hit the windshield and then rolled off! Crazy!

Several.

First one was when I was 19 and I flipped my mom's new car. New as in bought that day. And it was 100% my fault - I backed into a tree.

About 2 years ago I had someone turn left in front of me on Ventura and I t-boned him. His fault. I had $6500 in damage to my car,

And then last year I rear-ended someone, also on Ventura, also on my way to work, all my fault. And the women took my name and then drove away without giving her information, so I called the cops on her and they gave her a misdemeanor hit and run citation.

I have been in my fair share. I've been a passenger in a couple of bad ones and I've been the driver in a few. My first one I drove my parents car into a ditch and the airbags deployed tearing skin off my forearm.

Somehow my parents weren't very upset about the car because I was a bit hurt. I guess that one was a blessing in disguise.
