Our venue is giving us a choice of several different DJs.  Does anyone know anything about any of them?  Any info you have will be very helpful in helping us make a decision.  FCM, Hollywood Sound, D&C Entertainment, DJ for Hire - Dexter, Complete Music.

We are also looking into catering from Capital BBQ?  Anyone familiar with them?  We are in Houston and haven't had a chance to get to Austin for tastings, etc so we are counting on all of you!  :)

    I tasted Capital at the wedding show and it was pretty yummy.  We're looking at them for our rehearsal.

    We're using FC Media. Kevin is super easy to work with. He only works with CDs though. We were fine with that after seeing some of his collection at an open house. He really wants to work hard at building the best event for you and your FI. He definitely knows what he's doing.

    Capital's BBQ at the Bridal Extravaganza was pretty good. If you're going to do BBQ at your wedding, it seemed to be good quality and wedding worthy. As far as DJs go, are they requiring you to use one of them that you've listed? Or are these merely their suggestions? We're looking into using Airwave Dave. We met him at an open house and he's a little cheesey but we felt like he'd really draw the crowd out of their seats and onto the dance floor and his prices were great too.
