Questions about DJ/Bands??

Im trying to decide on a DJ or a band for my wedding, and I am having a tough time.

I have been to a lot of friends weddings that have DJs that are annoying and loud! But it seems like all the bands I like are booked or really expensive!

Does anyone have any good ideas? I am ok with going with a DJ, but i dont want him yelling cheesy things like "lets get ready to rumble". Can I ask them not to do that without sounding mean??

    I have been to a lot of weddings where Complete Music was used and I don't remember them every really being cheesy.

    I don't see anything wrong with a DJ. the place I'm getting married at has their own DJ so I don't have to worry about that. Plus you can pick your own songs\music.
