Hello knotties,
Have any of you tried the bbq at Cool River?  I am looking for a caterer and I found a brochure from CRO and saw that Cool River had bbq at god prices.  I have to have a caterer with a million dollar insurance policy due to the rules of the venue I am using.

    I don't know about Coor River, but I do know another knottie used CRO and she was really pleased with how everything turned out. Most caterers have a million dollar insurance policy though. So, if for some reason this doesn't work out you'll probably be able to find someone else with the policy!
