kremp florist

Has anyone used kremp florist in willow grove? I had an appointment with them and they treated me like garbage!! I left crying. Leslie called me cheap and degrading and then kicked me out of the store. I didn't see a single arrangement nor did a get an estimate. I was there for only 10 minutes tops. Did anyone else have this issue with this company? I am so discouraged now.

    I had an appointment with them about two weeks ago.  My experience was much different than yours.  The staff and Leslie were very helpful.  I didn't come with a clear expectation or vision for my flowers, but by the time I left, Leslie had pulled enough info from me to help me envision the way I wanted my flowers on my wedding day. 

    It sucks that you've had that experience.  There are tons of other talented florists in the area and I hope you find the one that helps you bring your wedding day vision to reality.

    I used Penny's Florist in Glenside. Maria was wonderful. They also worked within my budget and my flowers were BEAUTIFUL. Check them out. Sorry you had a bad experience. That sucks.

    Oh that sounds awful.  Even though my florist is also named Leslie she is warm and wonderful!  She works with any budget and is extremely creative.  Whimsical Welcomes gets lots of raves on this board and they're located in Montgomery County also.  Good luck!   whimsicalwelcomes.com is her website and you can get to her blog from there with lots of great exambples of her work.

    Wow, I'm surprised. Kremp was my second choice florist and it was really hard deciding between the two. Leslie was super nice and accommodating. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience.
