Anyone ever been to El Dorado Maroma? Or have any tips about travelling to Mexico in general?

We booked one of the suites with a private infinity pool, and I can't wait! Can it please be November already?

    Mexico is great! We absolutely loved it. Your resort is near Playa Del Carmen so it is close to a lot of things. That area has a zillion things to do so depending on what you want to do I am sure you can find lots of options for very inexpensive. We went to a couple of the parks in the area. They had zip lining, snorkeling and all sorts of fun wildlife. You can check out Tulum and 5th Avenue shopping as well. Read the reviews on Trip Advisor because it will give you a good idea on what is around there and what other people are doing.
