Help!! Any Other Smith Barn in Peabody Brides??? Did you know about the renovations?

Hi Ladies

My mom just informed me that the Smith Barn is under renovations. Did anyone know they were updating? Also I have a question about what you were quoted for rates?

I am probably just a nervous bride but still anyone out there know anything about this?

    I actually just went to go see it on Sunday.  They're renovating the front room, next to the garage area (where the "old" bathrooms are), so that it can be used as a more functional entry space to the barn for place cards, cocktails etc.  They're not doing anything to the recption space, or the bar area though. Hope this helps! I think it will look great- no worries!
