May wedding on the Cape

Has anyone had a wedding in May on the Cape? ours is going to be 5/14 half indoor half outdoor... is it going to be freezing??????????!!!

    It's New England- You never know! But seriously my birthday is the 15th and it could be freezing or it could be a 90 degree beach day...best of luck though I'm sure it will be just perfect. If its cold I'm sure you could easily rent space heaters for cheap.

    i got married on 5/16/10 and the weather was perfect. but, i agree with the pp. we picked the place where we got married one year before our wedding - it was chilly and the wisteria wasn't even starting to bloom. on our wedding day, it was in the 70's, sunny, and gorgeous and the wisteria at CLH was in full bloom. it couldn't have been more perfect (we had our ceremony outdoors and the reception indoors).

    we had an indoor back-up plan just in case of rain, coldness, etc. - that may be useful since May is not reliably one thing or another.
