I am wondering if any of you have experienced anything like what I'm feeling. I'm trying to eat clean and even more recently, making an attempt to stick to foods that don't make my blood sugar spike, just to be healthier. But OMG, my lower tummy, my bowls!!! I haven't been this bloated and gassy and in such discomfort in a while and I can't place what's doing it! I've been having issues for a while with excessive ... *blush* gas, and bloating but it seems to have peaked now. I don't know what to do because I don't know how much healthier I can make my food. I'm about ready to give up on all this and go back to my semi-healthy foods that I enjoy *sigh* I really hurt right now so I'm getting discouraged

*Note: I've increased my shrubbery intake so maybe the extra carbohydrates/fiber is causing it??
