Coursages & Boutonnieres

We will be having a destination wedding on a beach and the groom and junior groomsmen will just be wearing linen shirts and shorts.  Should they have boutonnieres?  Should the mothers have coursages?  Thanks!

There's no rules. That's up to you and your FI.

I would still get the flowers, personally. Work with your florist to get the right flowers for the feel of your wedding.

I don't think bouts are necessary...but this mom likes flowers!  A wrist corsage might be better if they are wearing filmy fabrics...or small bouquets.
My baby girl is a married woman...and now my baby girl HAS a baby girl. Time unfolds in such an amazing way. I've been blessed!

Thanks!  We have decided to be different and the moms/stepmoms are getting flowers on a hair comb to put in their hair since it is a beach wedding.  It's different and they are still getting their flowers.  Still not sure about the men yet.  Maybe a lei?
