Menu, what do you think?

Our wedding is going to be June 2 2012. The theme is fun, laid back, garden/floral alice in wonderland. This is the menu our venue put together for us when we asked about having breakfast for dinner. What do you guys think? What would you change/add/remove?

 Fresh Fruit Cup with Lemon Sorbet, to be served table side

while guests are attending stations

with selection of rolls, butter, and appropriate accompaniments

 Mashed Potato Tea cups
Mashed potatoes with assortment of toppings

 

Omelet Station

Omelets made to order

 

Belgian Waffle Bar

with local syrup, fresh whipped cream, seasonal berries, honey, chocolate, caramel apples and pears

Additional Selections

 

            choice of farm fresh herbed scrambled eggs or eggs benedict

choice of  blueberry pancakes or french toast with honey pecan butter

             herb crusted salmon with citrus butter and herbed orzo

             mushroom raviolis in saffron tomato sauce with feta, pine nuts, and fresh basil

    I like your idea of breakfast for dinner! And, in terms of your selections, the menu seems very earthy and season appropriatee.

    Yummm! Sounds delish and very fitting with your theme and appropraitely varied.
    One suggestion would be to check if you have a bunch of vegan guests and to make sure one of the items is vegan friendly (like maybe taking the feta out of the ravioli). You may not have any vegans though in which case the menu is perfect as is :)

    It sounds yummy, but I might go with something a little less carb/protein heavy. Vegetables would be a good addition; you don't have to do all that much, but maybe fresh vegetables for dipping, asparagus, something like that?
