Budget Beach Venue for a Sunday Brunch Wedding in MA or RI

I am looking for a Budget Venue where I can get married on the beach and yet hold a reception for 150 people. It will be a Sunday late morning /afternoon affair. The front runner is Easton's Rotunda right now but am I forgetting anyone?

Needs:
Site feed under $2000
150 capacity
allows a late morning wedding
Outside Venue for ceremony, preferably waterfront

    This was moved from the Reception forum...I'm guessing the Mod over there doesn't know their state abbreviations and thinks MA is Maine.
