Reception Venues in Littleton/Centennial

I'm on a budget wedding ($10,000) and I'm having a lot of trouble trying to find a venue that's not going to break the bank! We want to do a buffet dinner and have beer/wine, but right now the cheapest we have found was $8,000! If you have any suggestions I'd appreciate it!

The Terrace at Ken Karyl is pretty nice, and affordable. We've checked it out; very clean facilities, affordable

I had the same budget.  I got married at Genesee park then had the reception at Christie's of Genesee, but they can do the whole thing there.  Our budget was able to handle food, and open bar for our guests.  We got our flowers at King Soopers (they did a great job) and our cake at Cakes Amore in Littleton.  I am a photographer myself, so I spent more than I wanted on photos since I was so picky, but that can go low cost as well.  (I charge 1/3 of what the people I went with cost but it is so hard to find somebody you like for less!  I only shoot weddings part time since I am a teacher so I don't have to charge as much).

Anyway, we also looked at the Crystal Rose, and I have shot weddings there, they do a good job.  We just thought Christie's of Genessee was prettier.  They have open houses every weekend.  The Crystal Rose at Robin's Nest is across the highway from Christies so you can check both out at the same time and they both have parks right by them.  The parks are fantastic for photographs of the bride/groom, and bridal party.

Good luck!  Let me know if you need a photographer.

Not sure if it's an option for you.  Having it on a day other than a Saturday can save quite a bit.  We are having our ceremony in the atrium and the reception in the Centennial Ballroom at the DTC Hyatt and doing it on a Friday night cut the cost in half.  It's a minimum of $5000 for food/beverage for a Friday evening, the catering manager Christine, is awesome.
