I'm planning a bridal shower for my friend. We're looking for something either in NOVA or DC. I'd like to keep the cost per person less than $30 including any room rental fees. We don't necessarily need a private space, but just a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Any suggestions would be most appreciated!!
