Surprise with Head Count

I just got an email from our venue and found out we are getting a little bit of a break.  Kids under 6 are complimentary, kids 6-12 are 1/2 price.  Given that we have 4 kids under 6 and 2 in the 6-12 range this is a nice unexpected savings.   We had been including kids in the count the entire time.

    That's awesome to hear! I wish my venue did that, but we are going to have quite a few more kids than you so they would most likely never consider it.

    That's great!  I'm jealous.

    Ours offers less than 1/2 price for children, but only for chicken finger dishes... so the older kids (3 out of the 4) that want a real meal are still costing us.
