Recent Checks :) (PIP)

I finally have some checks to report:

*We took engagement photos last weekend. My MOH did them so they are amateur but turned out quite nice.

*Return address stamp arrived today

My hand will be so tired addressing envelopes so I ordered a cheater stamp for the envelope flap and RSVPs. (ordered from SimplyStamps.com)

*Invitations, panel pockets, and envelopes have all been designed and ordered. Everything should be arriving this week so I hope to have invites out by next Monday. Pictures to come! (I used catprint.com, cardsandpockets.com, and a template from fellow Knottie AurorasEnvy)

*I ordered a rose hair clip from Etsy that I might wear after I remove my veil. It was only $5 so I'll decide when I actually see it in person. It should be arriving this week:

*I found a place in the Houston area that will dye satin shoes - still not sure if I want to do this yet though...

*Fitting is scheduled for Sunday for myself and my BMs

*I've chosen BM jewelry, just need to order them from Etsy:

*My earrings arrived today! I want to change the pearls out to round ones to match the BM jewelry I want. (ordered from Etsy)

Still SO much to do but it feels good to have some little things taken care of

Exciting!!! What name did you put on the return address stamp? I've been thinking of purchasing one but don't really want it to have my current last name name since I won't be using it soon. I thought about just doing our first names but wasn't sure if that's weird.

It might be skirting the edge of proper etiquette but I used just my FI's last name. I almost got one with our first names but I wanted to be able to use this stamp for years to come. So our stamp looks something like:

Hi fellow Houstonian! I hope you didn't float away in all that rain we had today. We just moved from Conroe to the Cypress area. My best friend went to Kingwood HS :)

My dress and my BM dresses are from Impression Bridal in the Post Oak area. I looked at Ventura's and David's but I fell in love with Impression. Where did you get yours?
