Alterations?

Hi-I have alterations questions....

My dress is being stored where I bought it in Tacoma at the wedding bell bride but I think I need to get the alterations done soon...the wedding is March 26th. So my questions...

-Any alterations Recs?
-How far in advance do I need to get the alterations done?
-I am currently losing weight (on ww so actively shrinking...down 63 lbs so far...probably will be down 75 lbs by the wedding with my rate of loss). I carry my weight on the bottom so I am not sure how much more I will lose in the top where it needs altered (My dress is Sottero Midgley Linda) so mostly it need length and the top altered. Can they do that while I am still losing?

Any other things I need to know about the alterations?

    Deb Heeden in Ballard and Darcy Martin in Lynnwood have been favorites on this board.  I will be using Deb for my March 19th wedding and she told me to wait until 6-8 weeks out from the wedding to have the first fitting, especially if you're still planning to change size/shape. 

    Not sure if you're looking for someone in Tacoma area though instead?  I don't know of anyone in the south sound but I'm sure another Knottie may have a tip.

    Also, she said to have all shoes and undergarments in time for the first fitting.

    Congrats on the weight loss too!  That's a great accomplishment.
