I just found your Chinese Laundry shoes in my favourite colour ever - turquoise! How did your feet do in those shoes during the reception? I noticed that the heel is pretty high - I'm cool in 3" heels all day, but I don't think I've ever worn 4" heels that long. I fully plan to dance the whole time. Thoughts?

the shoes are deceptively comfortable, actually. i wish i had broken them in more beforehand, but the way the strap onto your feet is very secure. no ankle twisting. i wore ivory shoes for the wedding ceremony and family pics and then changed into those. i probably only wore them for 2 hours and they were fine for that amount of time!

now i want them in turquoise lol.

MLH, at like.com and heels.com - although now I'm wondering if they're too tall in general. FI is only 5'10" and I'm 5'5".... hmm. Thanks, yo!

I'm a little over 5'4" and Steve is 5'10" and we were fine!
