Photography recomendations...

I am just starting out looking for a photographer. I really want to stay in the 2,500-3,000 range and am looking for someone who takes some unusual pics, not just all the line up the wedding party ones. I am getting married in Orange County but I know a lot of the photogs are willing to travel. TIA

We used Majestic Studios. We used them for both photo and video. They are good, but might be more than you plan to spend. Digital Weddings (also photo and video) is also good and might be more affordable.

We used Kim Coccagnia, out of Beacon. She is definitely willing to travel (though OC wouldn't be far for her) and she is in your price range. She was absolutely wonderful, and definitely has a unique style. She will take some posed pictures, as many as you want, but that's not her normal style.
