Menu help, adding food.

My wedding is fast approaching. We had set our menu already but I am now facing family pressure to add to it. I'm ok with adding to it but I don't know what to add.

Current Menu
during cocktail hour, 6 types of hot and cold hors d'ouevres. (2-meat options, 4-veggie options)
Dinner is served immediately after
Caprese Salad
Butternut Squash Soup
Pasta (Penne in a tomato sauce, it's simple but good)
Main - Veggie, potato, Chicken breast stuffed with asaigo and spinach
Creme Brulee

Late night - pizza, waffle chef, ice cream, toppings, Dessert display with pastries, cakes, wedding cake and fresh fruit

We have one vegetarian guest and she is covered for dinner.. (she only had to switch the chicken for something else)

Options to add:
Add beef so there is both chicken and beef
Add an additional pasta (a cream based pasta stuffed with cheese)
Add both

Problem, adding the cream pasta (which I prefer over the tomato sauce) might be too much as our chicken is stuffed with cheese too.

What would you do?

OMG, can I come to your wedding? Creme brulee? ADORE creme brulee!

I agree with the other poster, your menu is elegant and I honestly don't think you need to add anything to it, especially if it is going to increase the cost significantly. I mean, if money is not an issue, then go for it! But I suspect you will have a lot of food left.

I'd add the beef option.  =D

    But I love beef.

Thanks! I was struggling with this. I would love to say money isn't an problem but it is. I am cutting elsewhere to make sure the menu is good enough. (I cut a LOT elsewhere)

I am going to add beef and leave the extra pasta out. Thank you to everyone for your help.
