Good morning!
Last night was pretty much all leg exercises (lunges, squats, jumps, leg press, and calf raises) and then the elliptical and abs. Tonight will be a 3-5 mile run. I think I might increase my speed tonight, or try to anyway. I've been stuck at the same mile time for awhile and I think I can push myself to go a little bit faster. We'll see!
How did everyone else do?
