So for those of you who didn't know already.. this is my second marriage. ( my first husband passed away in 2005). Anyhoo, I am still very close to my inlaws and they have embraced my new fi as a member of their family and have been super supportive of me these last few years. As I was starting this planning process, I had posted that only ONE... yes ONE florist would schedule an appointment with me because my wedding happened to be on Mother's Day weekend and no other florist wanted to take on the task. Fast forward to yesterday when I went to my Florist to give him the list of names of those people in the wedding party and my final payment when he recognized my late husband's dad's name. He asked me how I knew him and I replied of course that he is the father of my late husband. The look on the Florist's face was sooo surprised.. it actually scared me. When I asked him what was wrong, he looked at me and said, " Did you know that my wife is your father in law's cousin?". Then all of a sudden my face turned super surprised and I replied "really?" So he calls his wife from the back of the shop and we get to talking. Turns out, my late husband's cousin owns the flower shop that I hired and becuase we are "family" by marriage, my entire wedding package was upgraded for FREE!!!!! I was sooooo grateful for the upgrade and I couldn't thank them enough. They simply told me... "God sent you to us for a reason. We take care of family and we are more than happy to take care of you". I was sooo touched I started to cry. I immediately called my inlaws to tell them this absolutely amazing story!! Can you beleive it???? Oh Happy Day!!!
