Looking for ceremony options, need help, any recommendations?

We are getting married in May 2012 Raleigh NC close to downtown. We are looking for a non-church ceremony if possible, does any one have any suggestions? We are also open to outside park ideas so the pictures turn out well. It's so hard due to all the parks around here and limited information online! Trying to stay under $500

The Borden Building in Fletcher Park - the grounds surrounding the house are beautiful. You can rent the house and grounds for $400 / 4 hours. You can use the house to get ready - and grounds for actual ceremony.

Your pictures are goregous! we looked into the arboretum and rose garden but they are both booked on our date. Definitely will check out the Borden building though! Thank you (finding the ceremony spot has been the hardest!) hopefully we find one soon
