 Reception SiteArnaldo's Banquet Hall – Riverview, MI – Day of: A+   Communication: BFood & Service: $30.25 per person including tax and tip and upgradesWe held the reception at Arnaldo's, we used ballroom 1 on a Friday night. Minimum 160 people. We did get free standard bar because it was the off season. It's a beautiful room and the food was good (lots of compliments). However, we did not feel the service we recieved from Robin was very good. Mario and John were great, but we mostly dealt with Robin and she was usually in a rush and we felt less-than important. There were also several mis-communications, etc. Overall the guests raved about it and we couldn't beat the price.  Chair Covers/Linens linentablecloth.com – ACost: $3-5 per overlayShipped quickly, looked great! 
BakeryPink Elephant Cupcakes – Grosse Pointe, MI – Day of: A++ Communication: ACost: $320 for 14 dozen specialty cupcakesCannot say enough good things about Stephanie! EVERYONE has since told me how amazing the cupcakes were! She gave us a deal, but her regular pricing is super reasonable as well! We had mint chocolate bumpy cake, white cake with buttercream, and cookies and cream. We had about 150 guests and only about 5 left over. 
DJNate from Moonboogie Media – Auburn Hills, MI – Day of: A Communication: A-Cost: $550 for 6 hours of reception music Nate was great, made it easy. He was a bit hard to get ahold of to book, but he had also just had a baby. Everything after that was smooth sailing and we were very happy!
FavorsPopcorn Buffet/Popcorn Wagon (Frankenmuth) – Day of: A+   Communication: A+Cost: $260 for 1200 cups of popcornEveryone RAVED about the popcorn! We had a ton left, but have been giving it out to some very happy family members. Popcorn Wagon was awesome, i ordered online using a 20% off code. It arrived on the exact day I requested! FloristFrench's Flowers, Livonia, MI – Day of: A+   Communication: A+Cost:Leigh is amazing at what she does! We loved the flowers and everything turned out so great! She is a family friend, so the pricing was a little different, but I would highly recommend them!
PhotographerNicolelee Photography – Monroe, MI – Day of: A++ Communication: A+  Cost: $1800 for engagement photos, 8 hours of day-of coverage, disk with all photos edited and full printing rights. I cannot recommend Nikki enough, she is amazing. Not just her photography, but as a person! Her work speaks for itself and her pricing is reasonable!

Everyone loved the dress and I felt beautiful! AlterationsBella Alterations – Livonia, MI – A+Cost: $190 for hem, bustle and small front bustleThey were great! My MOH and MOB both had alterations done here as well! Everything was great!
Groom’s SuitMen’s Warehouse – Livonia (lauren park place), MI – A-Cost: Free with 5 other RentalsHad a few issues with the guys suites (wrong sizes, no buttons, etc.) They fixed it quickly and were very helpful.

Save the Dates & InvitesVistaprint – Online – A-Cost: $120 total for 70 Invites (invite, response card, reception card), 60 save-the-datesThin/cheap envelopes, but very happy otherwise. Day of Coordinator Tammara from Grand Jour Events -  Day of: A+++++++++++++++++++++Communication: A++++++++++++++Cost: $400 for 8 hours.Tammara and her assistant were amazing, they fixed any "could be problems" set up everything, took down everything, they were completely amazing! Cannot recommend enough!

    I am having my reception at arnaldos next month (so I WANT to see your picture!!) Anyway, yes, I always feel that I get Mario or John on the phone when I call. Robin seems rude often, or gets annoyed when I ask questions when i don't understand something.

    Glad to hear everyone talking about Arnaldos! My cousins reception was there last year and we are highly considering there as our venue site as well.

    I'm surprised you had ANY cupcakes left - Pink Elephants cupcakes are AMAZING!  Love them SO much!!
