Special Event Beauty

It seems like a lot of brides and brides-to-be have used Special Event Beauty for their hair and/or make-up....can you provide name(s) of stylist(s) you would recommend?  Has anyone w/curly hair used them?  I have shoulder length curly hair, that is somewhat thick too and I would like someone who has worked w/this type of hair to do my hair on my wedding day...thanks in advance

    I worked with Kim (makeup), Kerry (hair), Rachel (hair), and Noel (hair and makeup). They all did an awesome job. I would be happy to work with all of them again.

    Sorry, I can't help with the curly hair issue.

    I also worked with Rachel and Noel who were amazing.  I don't have curly hair either, so I can't give advice about that, but they will do a trial before you book that way you can see if you like the work that they do.

    I have long and thick curly hair that I wanted pulled back in a smooth bun for my wedding day. Kerry from SEB did a great job with my hair. She also made my mother's coarse curly hair nice and smooth. We had several different hair types in the wedding party and everyone was satisfied.

    Just an FYI: at my hair trial, Kerry smoothed my hair but it wasn't perfect. She promised it would be on my wedding day and it was. She straightened it then put it up.

    We worked with Marianne for make-up and she was great.

    We had Noel for makeup and Rachel for hair.  They also brought an assistant for hair because we had so many people.  They are very experienced with all types of hair, though no one in our group had curly hair.  I highly highly recommend them!  They were the best vendor we worked with all day!

    I have curly hair and Rachel was amazing!  I loooooved my hair.  I also loved Kim for my make-up, but I heard she moved and isn't in the area anymore.
