Is anyone else considering a candy bar
? I am having about 150 guests and I'm trying to figure how many dishes I would need. Any suggestions?

    We're doing one too. We have about 8 jars but have to figure out what kind of candy to buy.

    Im doing one. I am doing 14 jars filled wiith...
    Kit Kats
    Snickers
    resees cups (the small ones)
    gumballs
    Twizzlers
    mini chic o sticks
    rock candy suckers
    Peachy rings
    M & Ms (peanut)
    Grape now n' laters
    Candy Necklaces

    and I still need to think of 3 more...here is a pic of how I jazzed up some of  the jars. I still have 7 more to do. Im doing different purple ribbons on the other hal..maybe even a different width.

    We're expecting about 80. We're doing less jars because I don't want to have a lot of leftover candy.

    Im not buying alot of candy to just enough for ppl to get a taste. Like Im not going to buy 8 bags of mms. lol ya know like 1 big bag bulk size. maybe like 2 big bags of resses and etc.

    We're thinking of doing an old school candy bar....with all of the candy from 'back in the day' like nowlaters, fireballs, lemonheads, etc. ;-)

    We are doing a candy bar as well with the penny candies,.etc.. like frutie tooties.. My fav, mm etc.. ( we going to vegas in May so we will get the colored peanut mm before we leave to go in the jar. we will prob have about 20 different jars. but we are big sweet eaters as well..

    Idid you glue the labels on the ribbone.  ia m trying to decide if i should put the labels on the ribbon or in front of the vases
