Anyone know where to find templates for fingerprint tree guest books?

Hello!

We're getting married on my Grandparents farm and would love to use a fingerprint guest book in either a tree or grapevine form.  I absolutely love the one the bride is 'signing' below. Does anyone know where to find these if you don't have artsy friends?  I haven't found a good example of one with grapevines but have included a picture (also below) of what we would NOT want in a grapevine.  I've found some print-ables on ETSY and other sites but they are all too cartoon-like, or are made out of large hearts which we don't like.

Does anyone know where to find these?

    My recommendation is not to do one.  I wouldn't want to stick my finger in ink when I'm at a wedding.

    Obviously we would have hand wipes available for our guests.  Thank you for your opinion but I was not asking if we should do a thumb-print guest book but if anyone knew where we could find one.

     I also would not participate, hand wipes or not.  And after 5 years you probably aren't going to care about hanging it up on your wall or anything - what are you going to do with it?  They are large and don't store easily without rolling or bending.

    I agree with other PPs, I would not participate in this either. For me its a security issue, I simply would not want someone else having my fingerprints. Good Luck with your "tree"

    I understand that a lot of people would not participate because they are too scared but I think they idea is cute. In the end, if its what you and your fiance want then do it. Thats what really matters.
