    Thanks! We're so excited to finally be living there, and it's still so surreal that it's ours. DH was joking last night that it feels like we're staying at someone's vacation home or something. Aside from the weather, one of the biggest reasons we moved down here was the real estate prices. If we were still in CT we'd never be able to afford the house we just built down here. Plus their taxes just went up AGAIN. We're just so thankful for everything tihs past year and are looking forward to what's to come :0)
