Picnic food help

My women's group is having a family picnic tomorrow and I need to bring a dish to share.  I have to be there at 4 to help set-up, so I need something that won't get cold or rot before people start to eat.  Help!  What should I bring?

Maybe a pasta salad without the dressing on yet, so it doesnt' get too soggy?

Potato salad, but be sure to leave in your car for 5 hours before you take it to the picnic.

    This looks good:

COLD PEANUT NOODLES Cook Chinese egg noodles or regular spaghetti. Drain and rinse. Toss with sesame oil, peanut butter (or tahini), sugar, soy sauce, ginger, vinegar, black pepper (lots) and chili oil (optional). Pack shredded seeded cucumber, cooked shrimp and chopped scallions separately

Just be careful if you touch the spiced nuts with the rubber finger.

Yea, you should never mix spiced nuts and rubber fingers.

No outlet for a crock pot, but I can bring a cooler.  This sounds good.  I can maybe keep the chicken and dressing in a cooler and add them at the last minute:

    I love this salad.

I also have a nice and easy recipe for black bean and corn salsa.

Also- hot food in a cooler will stay hot.  You could do baked beans or mac and cheese and keep it in a cooler.  My secret for baked beans- add 1 can of wholeberry cranberries to 3-4 cans beans and some bacon.  The best ever.

broccoil slaw would also be really good.  room temp is fine and the dressing isn't mayo based.  I can share that too if you want.

    Pasta salad (without mayo)
    Brownies
Chicken nuggets (homemade, not, like, McD's. Though Chik-Fil-A would work.)
    Cupcakes
    Bread/rolls/muffins
    Mini-quiches

I'd rather not do hot because I'll be working up until the time I need to leave for the the picnic, so I need to make it the night/morning before.

the tortellini salad sound really good, too.  I might do that if I can't find sesame seeds in my little town.

And I might also make either brownies or rice krispie treast (sans poison) tonight because those sound really good.  Heck, what doesn't sound good right before lunch?
