this post.I didn't use the mats hardly at all at work this week and I've noticed an incredible difference in how my legs *feel*, so after vacation is over I'm going to get back to that running thing

Also, have any of you ever heard of a juice fast? I know someone who did it, and I believe my co-workers son did it too. It's quite a bit of willpower training and teaching yourself what and how much to eat all over again. I was debating if I wanted to get into it and see how it works (worse that happens is I end up with another small appliance that I never use or give to someone else? could be worse!) I've read a few websites in regards to it but didn't know if any of you had experienced anything like it first hand.
