I thought this might be interesting.  I have a solid white dress with solid white accessories.  Anyone else have ivory, champaigne, taupe, nude, or brightly colored dresses or accessories?

    My wedding dress is a very soft ivory... but my shoes are stark white (they were comforable and on sale!).

    White as white can be.  I tried an ivory but insisted on white.

    Mine is ivory. I tried on a couple that were stark white and they looked terrible on me. I have red hair and semi-pale skin, so it just didn't work! I will probably have to settle for white shoes, though. I can't find an ivory ones that I like or are cheap.

    I am pale and blonde, but I went with white anyway, haha.  I have some white shoes that I might wear, but I'm thinking I might go for fire engine red heels instead.  (My wedding colors are black, white, and red.)

    Ivory. I love the antique look, plus I'm as pale as a ghost, so white-on-white just never looked good on me!

    Ivory.  The beading is kind of pale gold and I'm knitting a pale gold shawl to wear with it.  (it's strapless and the wedding is outside in late October)  I will most likely wear pale gold shoes to match the shawl and the accents on the dress.
