Hello ladies! So I've been engaged a month now and here's what I'm eating every morning that seems to be working for me both in beauty and weight loss:
1. Low Sodium V8- one 5.5 oz can a day, they come in packs of 6
2. Kefir (Evolve) strawberry probiotics smoothie- about 2 oz a day
3. Organic Acai - whatever organic brand is on sale- 2 oz a day
4. Egg whites only!
5. Bolthouse Farms's carrot juice - 2 oz a day
6. POM pomegranate juice - 2 oz mixed with 3 oz of water given that it stains the teeth
7. You+ Tonic (available at Walgreens) it's disgusting orange flavor I'm mixing with fresh organic OJ but it's been doing a lot for me!
Zero fried food
Pills: Women's 1 a day, fish oil, a hair/skin/nails supplement, and a Vitamin C
Any advice/criticisms welcome and I'm curious to know anyone else's beauty food routine!
