Help Alterations!

Hi everyone!  I usually post on the Lansing board but actually live in the Detroit area so I thought I would post here too. 
I'm looking for seamstress alterations for my dress.  I bought my dress at a bridal salon and called at the 2 month mark to make an appt.  They were booked solid but said they could get it done in time for my wedding.  When I brought my dress in today they said there was no way they could do my hem in time for the wedding and that they were too busy with prom season coming up.  So now I'm in a bind and looking for a new seamstress!  I really appreciate anyone's recommendations!  TIA!

    I highly recommend Hana Ayer. My dress was huge and she made it fit perfectly and she is really reasonably priced. She lives in Macomb and her number is 586-421-1936.

    Also you might want to check the Vendors sticky at the top of the board, lots of people have listed their vendors there.

    I highly recommend Bella Alterations in Livonia (they're right next to Laurel Manor).
    (734) 779-1290.

    Their prices were much lower than some of the other seamstresses I spoke with.  Angela was wonderful to work with at my first appointment.  And, I have my second fitting on Thursday. 

    Julie is also using them, and her sister used them too.  She's given them nothing but great recommendations.

    Melhunny is right -- I highly recommend Bella.  Erin (Booger+Bear) also used them.
