Waterfront Park on Davenport Road in New Rochelle

Have any of you taken pictures here or are planning on it?  It's right next door to the VIP where I'm getting married but last time I visited we took a ride over to the park and saw that the grass is completely covered in geese poop!
Made me wonder how on earth we would take pictures there! 

Any thoughts??

    i took pics there!!! my dress did get a bit dirty but no one noticed and i really didn't care .. the pics came out so fab! especially down by the rocks/cliffs/water. its a bit of a hike, but well worth it.

    FYI, you need to get a permit to take pics in the part.

    I am getting married at VIP as well! Congrats!!  I saw the park and was thinking the same thing about pictures but am still undecided if I want to see my FH before the ceremony.

    sjsphish - how far in advance did you have to get your permit?

    If you get married off-time then you don't need a permit.  I had my pictures taken there and we didn't have any major issues with geese poop.  Pictures came out great.
