Day of Event Wedding coordinator?

I am considering a day of (only) wedding coordinator to possibly assist with the flow of the day- namely at the reception. I do have a budget so that would be key but if anyone knows of a day of only coordinator that would be willing to help out for an affordable price, please let me know!

    When is your wedding?  I've done lots of day of coordinating and I'm pretty cheap! I just don't consider myself a true professional coordinator since I don't have an active business. email me if you want to chat! marybethunsworth@gmail.com

    Not sure of your budget but we used Annmarie from this company...http://www.couture-designs.com/planning_services We started using her business for lighting, linens, etc. and ended up utilizing her or her services for mostly everything!

    I'm also interesting in hearing about "affordable" Day of Wedding coordinators.  I just received a quote close to $2k, and while it sounds wonderful, I just can't afford that much.

    I'm looking for something in the $500 - $750 range?  Does it exist??

    Some venues provide a contact person/day of coordinator included in the price of the rental...I know the Aquarium does, that's who we are using.

    I also used Gracie Lou Events! I was very fortunate to have them coordinate my wedding. I am a type A perfectionist so having them on my team gave me complete piece of mind. They also worked within my budget too. Their day of coordinator service is more like a month of - because they really get involved on every level. Definitely worth inquiring about their services. One of my favorite vendors ( I had both Adrienne, Liz and their assistant for the entire day)

    I went with Andria from Infinite Events.  SHE WAS AMAZING and I thought she was worth every penny before the wedding.  Then came the wedding....   There was an enormous florist issue (ie despite everything saying the correct date the florist has us in her computer planner for the next day and never noticed until Andria called her 2 hours before the wedding to see where our boquets were).  Andria literally had another florist loading flowers into their van within 10 minutes of this information as a back up plan while she worked with the original florist to see what she would be able to do.  Just the fact that I knew she was handling this and would be able to do much more than I could with all her connections was beyond worth it!!!

    I TOTALLY recommend Karen at Celebrations by KFM for day of coordination!!! She was unbelievable. She saved my sanity on our wedding day!!! She was super reasonable too, it was only $650 for day of coordination services. I thought I did not need a wedding planner (even though I did) and started panicking about 2 weeks before my wedding. Luckily someone on here recommended Karen. She is literally a life saver. She stayed calm and cool, and handled my whole family and in-laws with such kindness, everyone still asks me about her!! Karen acted as if she had been with me from the start. Our florist FORGOT my father in law's flower for his tux, and forgot to order the NAPKINS--yet somehow Karen swooped in and handled it all without me even knowing, or anyone else noticing anything was wrong.
